Siemens Micromaster Vector 6SE3211-1DA40 6SE3211-4DA40 6SE3211-5BA40 Plastic Cover Repair

6SE3211-1DA40 6SE3211-4DA40 6SE3211-5BA40 HMI Case MICROMASTER was developed for operation on earthed line supplies; 6SE3211-1DA40 6SE3211-4DA40 6SE3211-5BA40 Plastic Case Body MICROMASTER can also be operated on non-earthed line supplies, however, we do not recommend this. The following must be carefully observed if 6SE3211-1DA40 6SE3211-4DA40 6SE3211-5BA40 Plastic Enclosure MICROMASTER is to be operated on non-earthed line supplies:
 It is mandatory to use line reactors to adapt to the line impedances and to minimize voltage spikes.
 Output reactors must be used.
 The max. line supply voltage is 500 V (the ±10% only refers to the range which can absorb voltage spikes)
 The 6SE3211-1DA40 6SE3211-4DA40 6SE3211-5BA40 drive is not tripped for a ground fault on the supply side.
 The drive inverter is tripped (powered-down) with F002 for a ground fault at the output conductor.
 All of the 6SE3211-1DA40 6SE3211-4DA40 6SE3211-5BA40 drive inverters have electronics which are non-floating which causes a ~ 20mA earth leakage current.

Question: How to stop the siemens micromaster inverter Motor?

Answer:Stopping can be achieved in several ways:
• Cancelling the ON command on the terminals or pressing the OFF button (O) on the front panel causes the inverter to Ramp-down at the selected Ramp-down rate (see P003).
• OFF2 - operation causes the motor to coast to a standstill (parameters P051 to P055 or P356 set to 4).
• OFF3 - operation causes rapid braking (parameters P051 to P055 or P356 set to 5).
• DC injection braking up to 250% produces more effective braking to provide a quicker stop after cancellation of the ON command (see P073).
• Resistive braking for MMV (see parameter P075).
• Compound braking (see P066)
